Hands On Personal Inc. Hands On Personal was introduced December of 1996. After working in various areas of the fitness and recreation industry. We realized that our clients had personal needs that were not being fulfilled in the fitness atmosphere. We then pressured ourselves into the introduction of a system that would provide the best service possible.
